Local Specialities

The Hautes-Pyrénées is known for its duck, Pyrenean lamb, and Gascon Porc Noir.  There are also the mature hard cheeses of the Hautes-Pyrénées which can be accompanied by the local wine of Madiran.   

From Cami de Bidale you'll have the option of going directly to the producers or the food markets, sampling some of the local restaurants or just enjoying a night in by the open fire with us providing your evening meals.  It's totally up to you!

For a special evening in, we offer a four course evening meal for groups of 4 or more.   Here are sample menus:

A four course menu served with half a bottle of wine is EUR 28 per person.  We also offer options for vegetarian or those with special dietary requirements.

 'Take-away' menus

For a group of 4 or more guests, we also offer a hearty two course evening meals which we deliver piping hot for you to serve up yourself.
